Entrepreneurship communities are booming in cities across the country.

To better understand why and how, join us for the Tomorrow Tour, a multi-city event and reporting series organized by local tech news site Technical.ly and Comcast NBCUniversal, which is coming to Atlanta on Wednesday, March 23.

The FREE evening discussion will feature food, drink and conversations about how Atlanta fits into the national conversation on entrepreneurship and local economy reinvention. Stay tuned for Technical.ly coverage of the Atlanta community. Here is a list of prominent Atlanta tech leaders to meet. 

The evening roundtable and networking is event focused on where tech and entrepreneurship goes next, as part of a seven-city U.S. tour of innovation clusters.

6:00pm: Welcome by Christopher Wink of Technical.ly 

6:00pm-6:30pm: Keynote: Kelly Hoey, angel investor, Inc columnist and CNBC contributor

6:30pm-7:00pm: Roundtable Discussion: Atlanta's position in national entrepreneurship and local tech community-development trends

  • Bem Joiner is the community manager at the Center for Civic Innovation in Atlanta, where their mission is to help local governments and nonprofits find, test, and invest in new or different ways to tackle local social challenges.
  • Joey Womack is the cofounder and CEO of Amplify 4 Good, an educational startup which uses rapid problem-solving to help social impact organizations and underserved communities globally
  • Kiki Roeder is editor-in-chief and leads all activities of Hypepotamus, a media startup that spreads awareness about entrepreneurs, innovative companies, and promising talent in Atlanta.
  • Azim Barodawala is the CEO of Volantio Inc., a travel technology company originally founded in Melbourne, Australia. Prior to Volantio, Azim was a Project Leader with the Boston Consulting Group in Atlanta.
  • James Andrews is the founder of True Story Labs and an experienced digital communications strategist who has led companies into success by being on the bleeding edge of "what's next" in external and internal communications. 
  • Moderator: Christopher Wink is the Editorial Director of Technical.ly, the network of local tech news sites.
